Users encounter this error when they lack the necessary permissions to install AppExchange packages.

## Instructions

Select the user profile of the user who will install the package(typically your own profile or someone with package installation permissions).

1. Go to **Settings **→** Users** and find your user in the list.
2. Find the profile name on the right side.
3. Click the profile name to open it.
4. Press **Ctrl + F** and search for the **Download AppExchange Packages **permission.
5. Click the box to enable the needed permission to download packages.
