Both Google Calendar and Outlook can be connected to your 7pace Timetracker installation. Integration syncs your calendar events with 7pace Timetracker, allowing you to view events and create worklogs directly from *Weekly* view. This feature saves you time and effort by automatically importing calendar events, making time tracking and scheduling more seamless and accurate. This seamless integration with your calendar reduces manual entry and errors.

## Activate calendar integration

You can access calendar integration in two ways: 

- The **Connect calendar** button in the **Weekly **view under **My Time**.
- The **Calendar Integration** tab within the 7pace App Settings.

To access calendar integration: 

- a. In the left-hand panel, go to **7pace Timetracker** > **My Time** and select the **Weekly** tab. Click **Connect calendar** in the upper right corner of the view.   
  
Or


1. Click **Settings **within any 7pace Timetracker view and click **Go to App Settings** in the side panel that opens. Click the **Calendar Integration** tab.
2. Choose your account - **Outlook **or **Google**. A new window will open.   
:note: The following screenshots will demonstrate the process of integrating a Google account.
3. If necessary, select an account.
4. Review the links, and then click **Continue**.
5. Review the permissions requested. Click **Allow**.
6. Your calendar is now integrated into the 7pace Timetracker app.

## Integration settings

From the Calendar Integration tab, use the slider to turn the integration on or off and the check boxes to indicate which calendar is visible in the 7pace app. If you decide not to use the integration, click **Unlink account**.

## Weekly view calendar integration

Now that the integration is ready, go to the Weekly view. Here, calendar events are visible.

Click **Manage calendars** in the upper right corner:

Here you can switch to a compact task view or open calendar settings.

Click an integration line to see its details:

Here, you can set the display of a specific calendar by checking/unchecking related checkboxes.

## Calendar-related tasks

Use the following steps to create a worklog using an event from your calendar:

1. Hold the pointer over the event and click the **+** button next to the event, or click anywhere in the event.
2. The Add Time window displays.
3. The **Date** and **Duration** fields are automatically filled in, and the event title displays in the comments section.

4. Complete the worklog as needed and click **Save**.
