Export the *Times Explorer* to perform data analysis, calculations, backups, and offline access. You can also export a report of issues for a specific timeframe.

## Export individual worklogs

Use the following steps to export worklogs from the *Times Explorer*:

1. Click the checkbox next to individual issues.
  
2. At the bottom of the page, a worklog summary is displayed. Click Export.
  
3. The file downloads to your device.
4. Open the file.
5. The selected worklogs are displayed in a spreadsheet.

## Export all worklogs

Use the following steps to export all worklogs:

1. Click the select all checkbox in the column title row.
  
2. At the bottom of the page, a worklog summary is displayed. Click Export.
3. The file downloads to your device.
4. Open the file.
5. The selected worklogs are displayed in a spreadsheet.

## Export grouped worklogs

Use the following steps to export grouped worklogs:

1. Select groups to export.
  
2. At the bottom of the page, a worklog summary is displayed. Click Export.
3. The file downloads to your device.
4. Open the file.
5. The selected worklogs are displayed in a spreadsheet.

## Export worklogs for a timeframe 

Use the following steps to export worklogs for a timeframe:

1. Use the date selection dropdown to select a start and end date.
  
2. Click the select all checkbox in the column title row.
3. At the bottom of the page, a worklog summary is displayed. Click Export.
4. The file downloads to your device.
5. Open the file.
6. The selected worklogs are displayed in a spreadsheet.
