Google Calendar integration syncs your calendar events with 7pace Timetracker, allowing you to view your calendar and create worklogs directly from *[Weekly](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/7TFJ/pages/1201930328)*[ view](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/7TFJ/pages/1201930328). This feature saves you time and effort by automatically importing calendar events, making time tracking and scheduling faster and more accurate. This seamless integration with Google Calendar enables effortless time tracking for users, reducing manual entry and errors.

## Activate calendar integration

Use the following steps to activate calendar integration: 

1. Click **Settings** > **Calendar integration** > **Add Google Calendar**.
2. Choose your account.
3. Review the links, and then click **Continue**.
4. Click **Allow**.

Your calendar is now integrated into the 7pace Timetracker app.

## Integration settings

From the *Calendar Integration* page, use the slider to turn the integration on and off, and the check boxes to indicate which calendar to display in the 7pace app. If you decide not to use the integration, click **Unlink account**.

## Weekly view calendar integration

Now that the integration is ready, go to *Weekly* view. Here, calendar events are visible.

Use the following steps to create a worklog:

1. Point your mouse at the appropriate day and click the + button next to the event.
2. The *Add Time* window displays.
3. You can accept the recommended work item chosen as the associated work item or, if the recommendation is wrong, click the **X **to remove the work item and search for another.

> 📝 **Note**: If you are using [Calendar integration](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/7TFJ/pages/2187624468), 7pace Timetracker will recommend an associated issue for the worklog, based on event titles matching work item keys, Jira keys included in either the title or description, or recurring events linked to previous work logs.

4. The **From** and **To** fields are automatically filled in with the times of the selected event, and the event title will be displayed in the Comments section.
5. Complete the worklog and click **Save**.
