## Access

Select **Settings** in the left panel and then **Custom Rules**:

## Search filters

Admin can configure up to three fields for filtering results in the Add Time:

Switch the toggle and choose up to three fields from the drop-down list:

Click **Save** to save the settings:

The fields are now available for filtering in the Add Time windows:

## Tracking details

You can define whether choosing a work item, a comment, or both is required when adding or editing a worklog:

## Time limitations

You can limit the period in which users can:

- log and modify time in the future
- log and modify time on closed items (items in final state)

The limits you can set are:

- 1 day
- 3 days
- 7 days
- 30 days
