## Enhancements

### Reset Time Periods

The [Lock Time Periods](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/7TFM/pages/2152596238) feature was recently released and allows admins to lock time periods for editing, ensuring that time-tracking data remains accurate and reliable. This feature is handy when admins generate reports at the end of a reporting period and want to prevent any adjustments from being made.

In the latest release, a new feature was added to Lock Time Periods: **Reset all time periods**. This feature allows administrators to reset their time period schedules. For example, an administrator might test the new feature and then decide to remove the time periods and the schedule from the app. This action removes all defined time periods and their locked states. However, any existing worklogs within those periods will remain unaffected. Use the following steps to reset a time period.

1. Navigate to **App Settings** > **Time Periods**.
2. At the bottom of the time period in question, click **Reset all time periods**.

3. The Reset all time periods window displays. Note that all time periods will be deleted and the schedule will be removed from the app. Also, this action cannot be undone. Type the word **Confirm**.

4. Click the **Yes, reset** button.
5. A message displays indicating the time period was removed.

### Filled gap

This is another new [Lock Time Period](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/7TFM/pages/2152596238) feature. In situations where an admin defines a time period schedule, then later adjusts its settings by updating the start date to one in the future, a gap exists between the current time period and the new one. In this scenario, the app generates a gap time period in between, so the time can be managed, for example, locking time. When the app auto-generates these gap time periods, the following “Filled gap” icon displays.

### Emojis

Based on several user requests, emojis are now supported across all possible text input fields in 7pace Timetracker.

### Date Created column in the Times Explorer

The Date Created column in the Times Explorer was placed next to the Date Logged column, making it easier to compare the two. Also, when exporting data from Times Explorer view, the Date Created column is now correctly formatted as a date field, as opposed to a string.

## Bug Fixes

- In previous versions, when 7pace access expired, the button associated with reauthorization was cut off in the Item View. This issue is now fixed.
- Fixed the maximum items limit when copying items to a destination board for enterprise customers.
