1. The **My Time** or **All Times** apps, click **Settings** in the upper right corner of the app window.
  Or
2. From the **7pace Timetracker** tab in the Item View, click **Settings **> **Go to App Settings**. Go to the **Settings **tab.
3. Click **Role Management**.
4. Expand the **Manager** role and verify the user is a part of this group.
