## License validation errors

If there is no valid license or the license is not set for the Comala Publishing app

- when a [publish-page trigger action macro in an applied Comala workflow](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AHP/pages/650348491) is executed a warning error is now displayed (and the page is not published)
- users will be displayed a license validation error and cannot access the following
  - the **space publishing** configuration to link the source and target space
  - the **copy space** configuration
- **Copy space** will not be available to action using Postman
- **single page publishing **option is not available on any page

### Global Configuration

Once installed a [global administrator needs to configure the app](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AHP/pages/649757793) to configure the Comala Publishing app to set

**Spaces that use Publishing**

- the spaces that can publish and sync content. These spaces will also be enabled to copy the space content
- the spaces that can use snapshot publishing

**Space administrators that use publishing**

The global administrator will also need to configure the Confluence user groups

- who can publish and sync content from a source space to a target space
- who can undertake a one-off copy of space content to a target space
- who use snapshot publishing in a space

> 📝 If using Comala Publishing snapshot feature with a version of **Comala Document Management** prior to v7.20, the global administrator needs to generate a Snapshot Publishing user token for space administrators to be used to authorise use of snapshot publishing in their spaces(s).

**Content copying global configuration options**

The global administrator will also be able to

- edit the global **sync-label** that can be used as a content filter for publishing or for copying space content
- edit/amend the content property prefixes to be copied e.g. for metadata
