## Overview
**Choosing ****[Publish](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AHP/pages/649692474)** allows you to review and publish content. The space must
- have been previously linked to [set up a draft and published space](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AHP/pages/649758232)
- [configured](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AHP/pages/649726972) to set the content and content properties to be published
> ℹ️ The content changes pending the publish synchronization in each space are listed under **[View Changes](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AHP/pages/649694201)****.**
## Publish
Choosing the** Publish** button opens the confirmation dialog box.
- choose **No,publish** to publish without reviewing the changes
- choose to **Yes, review **to first review a list of all the pending changes that will be published
> ℹ️ The listed content changes to be published are based on the settings selected in **[Configure](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AHP/pages/649726972)**.
After reviewing the content listed
- choose **Publish **or choosing** No, publish**
The publishing progress bar is displayed and a confirmation message is shown on the successful publishing of the content.
> ℹ️ If the space had previously been published, prior to choosing **Publish** you can select **[View Changes](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AHP/pages/649694201)** to list pending content changes. These are the updates that have been made in each of the draft and published spaces since the last synchronization.
On a publishing action for spaces that are already in sync (no differences exist between the source and destination space), the **Spaces are in sync** message is displayed.
