Wittified is proud to present Announcer Series 2.3. This release delivers the most requested features for Announcements:** time windows**. Of course, we've added lots more of features including a new announcement type.

# Temporal active announcements

For each announcement, you can now select a date indicating when an announcement should start to appear and when it should end. 

# Flags

In the newer Atlassian products (JIRA 6.3+, Confluence 5.7+ and Stash 3.6+), you can now make use of a new announcement type of **Flag**. This allows you to notify users in a less obtrusive manner than a banner.

# Fixed announcements

For Banner announcements, you can now select to not show the Dismiss button. This is limited to banners.
