Reports and Timesheets for Jira enable administrators to change report ownership. To perform this action, you need Jira administrator privileges. 

1. Log in as a Jira administrator.
2. To manage reports, navigate to **Administration** > **Manage Report Owners**.

> 📝 If you are not a Jira administrator or you do not have administration privileges, then you will see the following error message. Work with your Jira administrator to update these settings.

The *Manage Report Owners* screen displays the sequence of steps to transfer reports ownership.
