This article shows how to create a report that shows time logged in by users in Jira on a daily basis across projects.

## Instructions

This report is created using [Reports and Timesheets for Jira](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212942/aio-reports-and-timesheets-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) app.

1. Go to **Jira** > **Reports and Timesheets** > **Reports** > **My Reports** > **Create new Report**.
2. The Report Designer interface opens when you create a report using a template or build one from scratch. To create a new report, click **Create new Report**. For more information, refer to [Report Templates](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ART/pages/1568276519).
3. Change the **Report type** to *Time Tracking*
4. In the Fields section,
  1. Remove the **Issue Key **field (pre-populated) by clicking the Field Settings icon and using the delete icon
  2. Group the results by user by clicking the Field Settings icon for **Time Entry: User **field and checking the Group results box
5. Select the desired date range of the report using the **Date Range** drop-down and set the interval as **‘Daily’**
6. Click **Run**
