The Reports and Timesheets for Jira app by Appfire now includes an AI agent to assist you in quickly creating reports from the Rovo chat interface on the cloud.

- **Reports & Timesheets AI Agent** is a Rovo agent designed to help you create any type of report with the specified field based on text prompts. You can also apply grouping, filtering, and sorting on reports.

## Prerequisite

To use the Reports & Timesheets AI Agent, ensure you have the following: 

- You have an active license for [Atlassian Rovo](https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/rovo#trial-rovo). Rovo chat is available to Jira customers with a Premium or Enterprise Cloud plan.
- Install or update the Reports and Timesheets for Jira app on the Cloud. For more information, refer to [Installation](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ART/pages/1578500097).
- For customers already using the Reports and Timesheets for Jira app on the cloud:
  - Navigate to **Settings** > **Manage apps** > **Reports and Timesheets for Jira **and update the app.
  - Once you update, the **Reports & Timesheets AI Agent** will be available in your instance.
