# New features

We’re excited to introduce the **Reports & Timesheets AI Agent** to help you quickly create reports using simple text prompts—right from Rovo Chat.

## Introducing the Reports & Timesheets AI Agent 

### Why AI Agent?

- **Save** **time** and quickly create reports from Jira without opening the app.
- **Effortlessly** **create any report type** using natural language prompts.
- **Simplified process** of configuring fields, filters, grouping, and sorting.

> 📝 - To use Reports & Timesheets AI Agent you need to have an active license for [Atlassian Rovo](https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/rovo#trial-rovo) on Jira Premium or Enterprise Cloud plan.

### How does the AI Agent work?

- Navigate to **Rovo Chat** > **Agents** > **Reports & Timesheets AI Agent**
- Start the chat and follow the prompts for creating reports, the fields needed, and configurations to apply, such as grouping, filtering, and sorting on reports.
- To view the report in the app, click **Open report**.

# Bug fixes

The following bugs are fixed in this release:

- **Date range report filters**: The reports configured for filtering issues between two dates using the operators *between*, *less than or equals to*, and *greater than or equals to,* were previously excluding the** **issues created on the start and the end dates.
  - The issue is resolved, and the report now includes the issues on boundary dates based on the selected operator.
- **Appfire Time Entry Gadget**: The Appfire Time Entry Gadget was collapsing by itself on the Jira Dashboard.
  - The issue is resolved, and the gadget now loads and displays correctly.
- The epic data for sub-tasks was not retrieved in scheduled reports (email subscriptions). The issue is resolved, and now the scheduled reports display the epic field data for sub-tasks as expected.
