# Enhancements

## Timesheet approval

Now, users can allow timesheet approvers to update and submit timesheets on their behalf.

### Provide edit and submit access to timesheet approvers

To allow approvers to update and submit users’ timesheets:

- Navigate to **Administration** > **Time Tracking Settings** > **Timesheet Approval**.
- Select the option **Allow timesheet approvers to update and submit users’ timesheets**.

### **Edit and approve users' timesheet**

Timesheet approvers can edit only the users' timesheets with the status **Not submitted** and **Rejected**.

- Navigate to **My Area** > **Timesheet Approval Queue** > **Team Status**,** **and under the **Actions** column, click **Edit**.
- The approver can add, edit, and delete time entries as needed, and click **Submit and approve** to complete the timesheet approval.
