# Enhancements

### Secure the WDC connector URL with a strong access code policy

A strong access code policy is enforced for Tableau Connector Pro for Jira WDC connectors.

The connector access code must be at least 8 characters long and include a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character (except ':'). For more information, refer to the [Tableau WDC Connector access code policy](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ATCFJ/pages/1336606920).

# Bug fixes

The following bugs are fixed in this release:

- Fixed an issue where Jira custom field names beginning with the ‘**@**'** **character displayed column values as *null* in Tableau Desktop after importing data using the OData Connector URL. Now, Tableau OData Connector **replaces all the occurrences of ‘@' character with '_' in custom fields and table names**, ensuring the values display correctly. For details, refer to [How Tableau Connector Pro for Jira handles special characters](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ATCFJ/pages/1822295271).

> 📝 - You can notice that after importing Data, the Jira custom field and table names containing the '@' character display a space ( ) character in Tableau Desktop. This is because Tableau Desktop converts non-leading and trailing underscore (_) characters in field names into space ( ) characters.
