This page outlines the steps to transfer ownership of a connector to another user.

> 📝 You need **Jira Administrator** permissions to transfer ownership of connectors.

Follow the steps to transfer ownership of connectors.

1. Log in as a Jira Administrator.
2. Navigate to **Administration **> **All Connectors**. For more information, refer to [All Connectors](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ATCFJ/pages/1042219542).
3. Click **Transfer ownership** ( ) next to the connector you want to transfer ownership.
  The *Transfer ownership* dialog opens.
4. In the **Search user** field, enter the name of the new owner and select the name.
  The **New owner** displays the selected user name.
5. Click **Save**.

> 📝 To remove the new owner (if needed), click.

The connector ownership is transferred to the new owner.
