> ℹ️ - Important: before installing the app, visit [ Atlassian Marketplace](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215158/bigpicture-enterprise-strategic-management-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview) and check which Jira versions are compatible with BigPicture.
> ℹ️ - To check for updates, make sure you have an Internet connection and check the Manage apps section of the Jira administration.
> ℹ️ - We recommend backing up your Jira and checking the release notes for any known bugs and planned changes, such as migration to a new module.
> ℹ️ - If you encounter any problems, use your backup, follow the [reporting procedure](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BPEdc/pages/2534506995), and provide us with Jira logs.
