## How you can manage financials

You can manage financial data using [the Financials module](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BPEdc/pages/2535522312) in BigPicture. The Financials module in BigPicture lets you manage project and portfolio budgets by tracking actual costs against planned costs in real-time. It automatically calculates expenditures based on time logged in Jira and assigned hourly rates, giving you a clear view of your financial health.
