# Canvas for JIRA Server 1.0

We are excited to release Comala Canvas for JIRA Server!

## What's New?

This is our first release that allows you to install Canvas for JIRA on your own JIRA server instance.

 

Get the big picture: Canvas for JIRA allows you to lay out and visually organize your JIRA issues.

You can use Canvas with any project or favourite filter.

Simply pick which fields or custom-fields you want as rows and columns, then drag issues around to change priority, assignees, or other fields.
