### Document activity report displays page update events

Page updates are now added as an update event - **Updated** Content - to the [document activity report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDACL/pages/612892827) for the page.

> ℹ️ If the page does not have an active workflow when the update occurs, an update event is not added to the report.
