## Add approvals to all the documents in your space

As a space administrator, you can [apply the approval workflow to all the pages and blog posts in a space](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=cdacl&title=Adding%20and%20Applying%20Comala%20Document%20Approval%20to%20a%20Space&linkCreation=true&fromPageId=630987089) using the [app space settings](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDACL/pages/689735195).

Or, if no approval is active in the space, use the **Add Approval** byline on a page.

As a page editor, you can add and apply the approval  to a [single page or blog post](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=cdacl&title=Adding%20and%20Applying%20Comala%20Document%20Approval%20to%20an%20Individual%20Page&linkCreation=true&fromPageId=630987089) or as a space administrator, add an approval to the space by opening the [app space settings](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDACL/pages/689735195) to:

- enable the application of the approval workflow to all the pages in the space
- initialize the approval state on all the pages and blog posts in a single action
- clear any previous approval document activity on all the pages and blog posts
