## Document Report

> A document report for the workflow approvals activities in the space can be accessed by choosing **Document Report** in the left-hand sidebar navigation.

> The **Document Report** provides an overview of all documents with an applied workflow in the space. It includes filters to display documents based on one or more of the three workflow approval states.

> The **My Assigned Approvals** filter option displays documents with a pending approval where the current user is assigned as a reviewer. This helps users quickly identify and manage their assigned approval tasks

## Document Activity

> - workflow document activity (workflow events and activities) on the individual page is displayed chronologically in the report
> - page updates that occur when a page has an applied workflow are added as update events to the report

> > ℹ️ An update event - the ***Updated**** Content* **Action** - displays the user who updated the page and the approval workflow state when the update action occurred. A state change actioned by the app user occurs immediately after the updated event.

## Custom Contents

**Document Activity **can also be viewed in the Custom Content by

- choosing the page tools menu  **Attachments** option for the document
- choosing **Custom Contents**
- choose the added **Document Report** tab

When a workflow is removed, but **document activity** is retained 

- **Document Activity** is available in the **Custom Contents** tab

However, no document activity option is displayed in the page tools menu.

If the document activity is not retained when the workflow is removed

- no entry is listed in **Custom Contents**.

If the page is copied

- the **Document Activity** is copied with the page and listed in the **Custom Contents** tab

> 📝 A user with **edit** or **admin **permission can clear the approval history for the page by deleting the **Document Activity **in this tab.

> ℹ️ A space admin can use the **Clear** **Document Activity** option in the space settings document approval dashboard to remove document activity for pages and blog posts in the space.

## Document state macro

- <span style="color: #091e42">the approval workflow state</span>
