## Overview

For an individual page or blog post, you can view the history of the approvals by accessing the **page tools menu**

Appears on pages and blog posts

- only when the Approval is added to an individual page - [space approval](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=cdacl&title=Adding%20and%20Applying%20Comala%20Document%20Approval%20to%20a%20Space&linkCreation=true&fromPageId=689832427) is disabled
- only for users who can **edit** or **admin** the content

## Document activity report

The document activity is displayed as a chronological list of the changes in the approvals workflow for the individual page or blog post:

A **Clear Document Activity** button is displayed on the report for space administrators to remove all the approval document activity for this page.

> 📝 Page editors will be able to view the document activity but the report will not display the **Clear Document Activity** option.
