## Multiple reviewers

Each content review can have more than one assignee.

Simply choose **+Add Reviewers**

- search for a user
- check the checkbox to select the displayed user required as an assignee
- repeat the search and check the boxes for each additional reviewer
- choose **Assign** to assign the selected users

> ✅ You can type two letters to search for each individual and add them at one time.

> ℹ️ You can add further reviewers later simply by using the **PLUS** icon in the approval popup.

If required, choose **Add a note** to send a message with the notification of the content review assignment to the assignee.

The avatar for each assignee is added to the approval popup for the content review for that state:

Each assigned reviewer can either approve or reject the content.

Each assignee’s decision is shown in the approval pop-up.

All the assigned reviewers must agree on the review decision.

> ℹ️ No transition takes place until all the assigned reviewers agree on the decision.

Assigned reviewers can amend their decision until all the reviewers agree.
