## Reconfirming a user read confirmation

 You can use the resend icon on the read confirmation dialog box if you need your users to reconfirm, for example, when you need to reconfirm reading of company policy.

**Send new request** clears all the existing completed read confirmations for the content.

If the content has been updated, existing completed user read confirmations can be cleared if the content reviewer using the approval workflow dialog box chooses to request a new read confirmation on an **Approve** decision.

Both options resend the read confirmation for all individual completed read confirmations.
