Individual users can configure in their profile whether to be notified of changes to approval states for pages they are watching.

<span style="color: #003366">To configure in-app notifications for watched pages:</span>

1. Click your image profile icon
2. Choose the **Settings** tab
3. From the **Your Settings** sidebar, select **Comala Document Approval Settings** option
4. Choose **Edit**
5. Check or clear the box for **In App notifications for watched pages**
6. Choose **Submit** for the setting to be updated
