## Page Activity

To view the record of who has approved or rejected the current page, choose the **Page Activity** menu by:

- using the the approval popup menu:

> ℹ️ In the **Approved** state, an **Activity report** link is displayed in the approval state dialog box.

- Choosing the **Page Tools** menu
  

All approvals and rejections, together with content review assignments and state changes, are recorded in the page **document activity** history:

Completed read confirmations are displayed in the page activity report. These are for the read confirmation for the content when all assignees have confirmed. The individual read confirmation can be viewed using the [read confirmation dialog box](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDALS/pages/649757283) on the content.
