## Overview

The** Document Actions report**<span style="color: #172b4d"> on your user profile shows a summary of pending approval reviews assigned to you.</span>

## <span style="color: #172b4d">Viewing the report</span>

To view all pending approval actions assigned to you:

- choose **Document Actions** from the **Confluence user menu**

<span style="color: #172b4d">The </span>**Document Management Actions **report<span style="color: #172b4d"> lists all current pending approval actions for the current user.</span>

> ℹ️ The report includes a **Task **option in the dropdown **Type** filter. However, workflow tasks are a feature that is only available in the Comala Document Management app.

<span style="color: #172b4d">The Document Actions report for the current user is also displayed in the Confluence dashboard.</span>

For example, for the user **admin**:
