# Enhancements

### Space initialization option UI update

The space **Initialize States** option is now displayed and accessed in the **Actions** options for the active workflow in the space settings document control dashboard.

> ℹ️ The ellipsis menu in the document control dashboard now only displays the following options

# Bug fixes

The following issue was fixed in this release:

- updated the [document activity report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL/pages/629970361) action message for a user approval or rejection decision for an approval with e-signature active in the [Quality Management System Workflow](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL/pages/631177774)
