### Permissions message

When space or page-level restrictions prevent the app from functioning correctly, the state dialog box displays a message to assist with resolving the issue. The message indicates that the app user lacks the necessary permissions and must be added to the [space permissions or page restrictions](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL/pages/631114144).

- fixed a problem where the document approvals macro on a page was not displayed correctly when the page was exported to PDF
