## Overview

Comala Document Control can be [globally configured ](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL/pages/629970611)to use <span style="color: #172b4d">[inWebo](https://www.inwebo.com/en/overview/integrations/)</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> MFA authentication</span>

- the validation of the user is managed by <span style="color: #172b4d">[inWebo](https://www.inwebo.com/en/overview/integrations/)</span> administration
- each user must have an active and unexpired <span style="color: #172b4d">[inWebo](https://www.inwebo.com/en/overview/integrations/)</span> account
- each user generates an OTP token using the inWebo Authenticator app installed on their [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.inwebo.near.prod&hl=en_GB&gl=US) or[ IOS](https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/inwebo-authenticator/id563878744?l=en) mobile device

> ℹ️ Using [inWebo](https://inwebo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DOCS/overview/) disables the use of other 2FA apps and the OTP authentication is managed through [inWebo](https://inwebo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DOCS/overview/).

## Creating and adding the inWebo OTP token

Using the downloaded inWebo Authenticator app on your mobile device generates an OTP token

Add your **inWebo username** and this OTP token to the workflow popup.

> ℹ️ Validation requires your **inWebo username** - this is not necessarily an email address and maybe different from your Confluence username. Please check with your [inWebo](https://inwebo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DOCS/overview/) administrator.

## Error messages

When using <span style="color: #172b4d">[inWebo](https://www.inwebo.com/en/overview/integrations/)</span> authentication a user may experience the following error messages

- if a user has not yet generated an inWebo token

- if an old token is used

- the token was generated by the mobile app but entered incorrectly or misspelled
