## Overview

The **page tools menu** can be accessed from any page or blog post by selecting the ellipsis button (> Macro (inline-media-image)

 icon in the top-right corner of the screen).

There are four **Comala** **Document Control** related options

Using a **page tools** **menu** option you can also choose to export in pdf or word - these exports will respect draft versus published state restrictions.

> 📝 When exporting content in a draft state, the state name will be displayed under the page title in the exported file.
