## Manage Workflow Parameters

Use this option to update the values of workflow parameters in the workflow.

This option is only available when

- there is no space workflow enabled
- either the [Content Expiry Workflow](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL/pages/629608558) or [Quality Management System Workflow](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL/pages/631177774) is added to the document

Choose **Manage Workflow Parameters** to edit the values for the current workflow  
  
**Page Parameters** - the [Content Expiry Workflow](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL/pages/629608558) allows you to edit the document page parameter value for the expiration period for the Approved state set by the workflow on the transition to this state.

**Page Parameters** - the [Quality Management System workflow](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL/pages/631177774) will allow you to edit the page parameter values for the users to be assigned by reviewers for the content review in the **In Approval** state.

> ℹ️ This request to set up parameters is displayed when you [add a page workflow](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL/pages/629971041) and the workflow includes workflow parameters.

The values for any workflow parameters in a space workflow are managed in the space tools Document Management dashboard.
