# Bug fixes

The following issues are fixed in this release:

- resolved an issue where a comment added during a [manual state select transition](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMCD/pages/614007652) was sometimes ignored
- fixed a problem where the [minimum approvals](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMCD/pages/614009398) required for an approval were occasionally not applied
