### UI change in space settings document management dashboard

The **Initialize States** icon is now displayed as the first option on the left in the **Actions** menu for the active workflow in the [space settings document management dashboard.](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMCD/pages/1083146242)

# Bug fixes

The following bug is fixed in this release:

- removing the [final state tag](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMCD/pages/614008234) from a custom workflow state caused the [workflow builder](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMCD/pages/614010657) to crash when saving the workflow
