## Overview

The **Document Activity Report** in Comala Document Management provides a summary of all workflow-related actions on a single page, including approvals, rejections, and state changes. This helps you track the full review and approval history. You can use the **page tools menu **to view the Comala Document Management activity of the current workflow.

To view the document activity report,

1. Click the *ellipsis* menu in the top right corner of your Confluence page.
2. Under *Apps*, click **Document activity**.

The document activity report for that page is displayed. 

> ℹ️ The **Document Activity** option is available only when a workflow is added to a page or blog post.
