#### Document activity report displays page update activity

- when a workflow is applied, a document update by an editor is now recorded and displayed in the [document activity report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMCD/pages/1388216660)

This improvement in the document activity report displays the page update action and the Confluence page version, enabling better tracking of document changes.
