### Space initialization option UI update

The space **Initialize States** option is now displayed and accessed in the **Actions** options for the active workflow in the space settings document management dashboard.

> ℹ️ The ellipsis menu in the document management dashboard now only displays the following options

# Bug fixes

The following issue was fixed in this release:

- updated the document activity report action message for a user approval or rejection decision for an approval with e-signature active
