### New onboarding workflows

We are gradually rolling out the option for customers to apply example workflows from the [Onboarding](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMCD/pages/614009452) screen.

Accessing the **Onboarding** option from the Confluence sidebar (under **Apps**) now limits the application of an onboarding workflow to the current space, avoiding permission checks across multiple spaces.

Opening the [Onboarding](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMCD/pages/614009452) from the Confluence header under **Apps** allows the application of an onboarding workflow to any space.

The **Get Started** option and the **Apply this workflow** option for each use case can apply the onboarding workflow or open the space settings to choose a different workflow.

> ℹ️ The gradual rollout of these workflows in the [Onboarding](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMCD/pages/614009452) feature will be fully available in the app across Confluence sites by [31 Oct 2024].
