## Overview

This screen allows [Confluence Admins](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650150846) to set **Advanced Configuration** options.

We do not advise changing the values on this page unless there is a specific Confluence performance issue you are trying to tune or you have been advised by [Appfire support](http://appf.re/support) to do so.

## Cache

## User Search

| ### Characters<br>Set the minimum number of characters for **User Search** (`comalatech.workflow.approval.minquery`) when populating the Document Management UI, for example, the workflow popup. ## OpenSearch

## Populate Properties job batch size

## Users displayed when assigning review

| <sup>**† **</sup>This is the maximum number of users that will be displayed when assigning a user as a reviewer using the workflow popup.  If the number of possible users is above the set maximum no users will be displayed, users must be added to the search box to display and assign a user<br>- If the number of users specified for the approvers is higher than the  “**Users displayed when assigning review**“ parameter value
  - no users will be displayed by default when assigning a reviewer to the approval
- If the number of users specified for the approvers is lower than the  “**Users displayed when assigning review**“ parameter value
  - the complete list of users will be displayed by default when assigning a reviewer to the approval<br>This behavior is the same when using any of `group`, `selectedapprovers` or `selectedapprover` to specify the reviewers for an approval. |

## Set Page Limit for Workflow State Filtering
