Transitioning to the new report macros ensures optimal performance. ## Overview The **workflow report macro** is added to pages and displays lists of content and associated workflow information. The macro can be configured to display workflow information for - states ([states report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650349253)) - state statistics ([stat report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650349253)) - approvals ([approvals report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650120822)) - users assigned to an approval - workflow tasks ([dashboard report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649891836)) - tasks ([tasks report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649760530)) > ℹī¸ The information displayed in each report varies subject to the user permission for the page with the applied workflow, and the user assignment as a reviewer or to a task. ## Adding the workflow report macro - choose **Workflow Report** in the macro browser - **Publish** the page to view the report The default report configuration displays the [workflow state information](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650349253). The macro can be configured in the macro editor to display information for different elements of the workflows applied to pages and blog posts. > Macro (children)
