The Comala Document Management app keeps a full audit trail of key events such as configuration, template and parameter edits.

## Displaying the Audit Log

> ℹ️ If you're using [Confluence 5.10](https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-5-10-release-notes-826894762.html) or above, the Comala Document Management app will use the [Confluence Audit Log](https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/audit-log-829076528.html) to track important changes to workflows.

To access the Audit Log: > Macro (inline-media-image)

 **→ General Configuration → Audit log**

To filter the audit log to workflow specific events, enter "Comala Document Management" into the filter box at the top of the audit log.

- **Comala Document Management app**
  - installing
  - updating
  - enable/disable
  - uninstalling
- **App configuration**
  - changing notifications
  - changing configuration
- **Workflow templates**
  - create
  - edit
  - delete
- **Workflow parameters**
  - create
  - edit

- **Space mode (Document Management Dashboard)**
