## Reporting

Easily view the status and the progress of your documentation development using the included reporting tools:

#### **Document Report**

The [document report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649825673) displays the workflow status, approvals, states, and due dates for your pages and blog posts across a space

> ℹ️ You can access the document report for a space using the **Document Report** option in the Confluence sidebar menu.

#### **Document Activity Report**

The document activity report shows the current workflow activity on a page or blog post

> ℹ️ You can access the document activity report for a page with an applied workflow using the page tools menu or the workflow popup.

#### Tasks Report

A space administrator can view the report on workflow [tasks](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650152506). This report** **displays the workflow tasks added to each page in a space

> ℹ️ The space administrator can access the tasks report for a space in the space tools **Tasks** screen.

#### My Document Actions Report

Each user can view their workflow document actions, pending assigned approvals, and pending assigned tasks in the [document actions report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650152557).

## Create your own dashboards using report page macros

You can add the following macros to a page to create your own dashboards to keep your team informed.

These [report macros](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649856031) are compatible with the Confluence page properties macro and the page properties report macro.

You can also use one of the [Comala Document Management APIs](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649330694), such as the [Document Activity REST API](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649791485), with third-party business reporting apps to create reporting dashboards.
