Comala Document Management 6.16.7 is an update and bugfix release. This release includes a hotfix and replaces Comala Document Management 6.16.6.

## Update

- [Document states report macro](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649956057) CQL filter search updated to use standard CQL format. Filters can now use CQL<span style="color: #172b4d"> search keywords such as </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**OR**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> and comparison operators</span>
- audit report now shows a log trace with the results of a migration export (*total number of pages successfully exported of the total number of pages and, if applicable, the number of pages that failed to export)*

## Bug fixes

- <span style="color: #172b4d">updated the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">[document states-report macro](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649956057)</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> to display correct </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**sortable/non-sortable**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> option for each column in the UI of the report</span>
- resolved a bug in the [support console](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650250352) causing a blank screen when using a [CQL search](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649792098)
- <span style="color: #172b4d">fixed a problem when opening the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">[Document Report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649825673)</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> using the option link in the space sidebar </span>
- resolved a problem that can cause a <span style="color: #172b4d">**Could not find ApprovalCheck**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> </span>error when a user transitions the workflow using the **Approve** button in the workflow popup
- resolved a problem that prevented a space admin from accessing the ellipsis **Actions** menu options for a space workflow in the space tools Comala Document Management dashboard
- when the page properties macro stored another macro such as [get-metadata](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649826804), fixed an issue that caused page properties to return an empty value for the stored macro
- resolved a problem displaying the [Document States Report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649562443) and [Document Report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649825673) when a page with an added workflow in the scope of the report has not been [initialized](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649827807)
- fixed a problem that affected the population of JSON content properties in certain cases

The hotfix mitigates a bug present in Confluence 7.8.0 or earlier (except Confluence 7.4.6):

- resolves a problem preventing an approval transition to the workflow final state
- ensures that an administrator is not blocked from using the [admin state override](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649760835) option
