## Overview

This option allows a [Confluence Admin](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650150846) to import workflows from the [Workflows Exchange](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CWE).

> ℹ️ [Confluence Admins](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650150846) can restrict the ability to import workflows from the repository to members of a specific user group – see: [Configuration - Global](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649889951).

## Category

You can optionally filter the workflows to a specific category – either via the drop-down list or by clicking a category link shown at the bottom of each workflow.

> 📝 A workflow may be in more than one category in the repository.

## Show/hide workflow flowchart

This option allows you to toggle the workflow flowcharts on and off using the **Show Diagram** slider

## Importing

Choose **Import** next to a workflow to import it as a global (scope) workflow.

Once imported, the workflow can be

- used in both [Page Mode](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649628831) and [Space Mode](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649531846)
- edited and [adapted to your needs](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/648611901), just like any other workflow

Choose **Learn more** to view further details of the workflow in [Workflows Exchange](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CWE).

You can refresh the displayed list of currently available workflows for import from [Workflows Exchange](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CWE) by scrolling to the bottom of the **Import Workflows** screen and choosing the **Refresh** button.

> ✅ A workflow can also be [imported from the repository directly to a space by a space administrator](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649627884) if the space administrator is a member of a Confluence user group added to the [Workflows Importer Group](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649889951) in the app global configuration.
