- fixed a problem saving a new page workflow to a space [Page Workflows Templates dashboard](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649827962) when the workflow template did not contain [workflow instructions macro](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/650119824) content
- cloud migration assistant vendor pre-check list of errors now includes any parent page with editing restrictions but not the child pages of this page
- fixed a problem rendering the [document states report macro](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649562443) preview in the macro editor
- fixed an error in the log when attaching the CSV file listing workflow activity (using the space tools [Attach Activity](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649793583) option)
- resolved a problem retrieving the latest page ids with workflow page activity when running the [Document Activity Upgrade Report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649760247)
- fixed an error displaying a page with no workflow history (or a page with workflow history upgraded to use document activity) after it was moved to a space (with at least one active workflow) already using document activity |
