- sets minimum requirement of Confluence v7.9
- Quartz scheduler usage removed as part of the preparation for the release of Confluence v8

**Bug Fixes**

- resolved an issue using the [Document Activity Upgrade](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649760247) console if deleted users made actions
- resolved an API issue that allowed a user without appropriate page permissions to query page workflow state information
- fixed a problem (introduced in [v6.17.0](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649825498)) that prevented access to the workflow picker/workflow builder if an approval [attribute value reference](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649728358) in the [add-restriction](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649793069) macro wasn't first in the user list*

* Any use of an [attribute reference](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDML/pages/649728358) in combination with other value references inside a parameter was also affected by this issue and prevented the use or modification of the workflow.
