The **Document Actions report** on your user profile shows a summary of pending tasks and approval reviews assigned to you.

## Viewing the report

To view all pending actions (tasks and reviews) assigned to you

- Choose **Document Actions** from the **User menu**

The **Comala Document Management Actions report** lists all current pending actions for the current user

- Use the **Type** dropdown menu to filter the report
- Check each option to filter the report to display your pending assigned tasks or your pending assigned reviews
- Move your pointer over a pending action to view details of who assigned the action, period elapsed since the assignment, and if added by the assigner, the action description
