Starting from version 2.5.0, the Connector for Google Drive & Confluence supports Google shared drives. For more information on Google shared drive, check out [Google's documentation](https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/7212025?hl=en#:~:text=Shared%20drives%20are%20special%20folders,work%20anywhere%2C%20from%20any%20device.).

This guide will show you how to use the app with Google shared drives. Ensure the Google account you have logged in to has access to the desired shared drive.

# Embed a file or folder from a shared drive

1. <span style="color: #333333">In the Confluence page edit mode, create a </span><span style="color: #333333">**Drive**</span><span style="color: #333333"> macro.</span>
2. In the window, click **Browse**.
3. You may be requested to log in to your Google account. After logging in, the Google file selection window will appear.
4. Click on the **Team Drives** tab to display your Team Drives folders.
  
5. <span style="color: #221f1f">Click </span>**Select**<span style="color: #221f1f"> or double-click on the file/folder you want to embed in the Confluence page.</span>
  
6. <span style="color: #221f1f">Adjust the </span>**Height**<span style="color: #221f1f"> (in pixels) or </span>**Width**<span style="color: #221f1f"> (in percentage) of the embedded document, then click </span>**Save**<span style="color: #221f1f">.</span>
  
7. <span style="color: #221f1f">Publish the page and the document from your Google Drive will be embedded on the Confluence page.</span>
